Ordering Products

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
  • You have reviewed product descriptions, sizing information and customisation details before placing your order.

Once an order has been submitted, it may not be possible to amend or cancel the order if production has commenced.

Customised Merchandise

Many products available through Zero2Five are custom-made or produced specifically for a particular organisation.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Product sizing may vary between manufacturers.
  • Logo placement, embroidery and printing may vary slightly between production runs.

Partner Organisation Stores

Products purchased through a dedicated partner organisation store are produced specifically for that organisation.

By placing an order through a partner store, customers acknowledge that:

  • Products may include organisation-specific branding.
  • Certain products may be produced only after ordering periods close.
  • Orders may be delivered directly to the organisation or to the customer, depending on the arrangement in place.
  • Custom-branded products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, images, product designs, text and branding, remains the property of Zero2Five or the relevant partner organisation.

Customers may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

Partner organisation logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
